- The students' mobility will be paid for by the universities where they are enrolled.
- The universities where the mobility takes place will provide accommodation in their own dormitories for students enrolled in the HEP master's degree program, including within the mobility programs.
- The exams (assessments) will be held in the language of instruction of the study program (English) and are organized by/and at the institution or institutions where the teaching activities for each discipline were carried out.
- The student's home institution accepts the assessments organized by the partner institutions as equivalent to its own assessments for any discipline in the common curriculum.
- The study/dissertation completion committees are established by mutual agreement and will include teaching staff from several partner institutions, as appropriate.
